Canoes for Rentpastel 12 x 16"
Last summer I went on vacation with all my children and grandchildren to the wonderful oceanside city of Seaside, OR. We had such a wonderful time all together. The weather was great and the city is delightful. There is a river that flows through the town on its way to the Pacific Ocean and vacationers can rent these canoes to paddle in the river and under the street bridges. I shot the reference photo for this painting while standing on a bridge looking down on the summer vacationers enjoying their time on the water. The painting is a reminder of special times at special places with special people! Ahhhhh, summer vacations....how we love you!
